Atlas — football club management

Nothing gets lost between the pitch and the office

The schedule, the squad, the match sheet, membership fees and the tournament. One place for the coach, the board, the manager, the parents and the player.

Where it starts

The schedule lives in a WhatsApp group. The fees, in a notebook. The coach’s notes, nowhere.

A growing club doesn’t fall apart all at once: it loses one piece of information at a time. A call-up a parent never saw, an instalment nobody chased, a player whose progress nobody is following any more. Atlas doesn’t ask you to change the way you work — it holds on to what your way of working lets slip.

At the heart of it

Six roles. One club.

Everyone opens the app and finds exactly their part — no more, no less. Choose who you are.

Their week, their squad, their notes.

They prepare, call up and follow their players. More time on the pitch, less on the phone — and they only ever see their own teams.

What changes

Four jobs that used to take all week

The schedule

The whole season, set up once

Once for the whole season, and everyone knows where they need to be. The coach knows who is coming before reaching the pitch.

The match sheet

The report written at the final whistle

The match ends and the report is already there — and it feeds every player’s journey on its own.

Membership fees

What’s paid, what’s dragging

The club knows at any moment who is up to date and who isn’t, and families are reminded without anyone having to chase them.

The tournament

The tournament that runs itself

You enter the scores. The rest follows, all the way to the final.

Your calling card

One link, and everyone follows

On tournament day, parents from the visiting clubs don’t have an account with you — and never will. You send them an address. They see the groups, the kick-off times, the pitches and the scores, which update as you enter them.

It’s the only Atlas screen that leaves the club. It’s often the one that brings in the next club.

On the pitch, not in the office

In everyone’s language, on everyone’s phone

The president reads French, the youth coach prefers Arabic, the foreign partner wants English. Each picks their own, and the whole app switches with it.

Nothing to install from an app store. You open the address once, keep it on your home screen, and it behaves like any other app.

Never alone with the screen

One question, one answer. In your own language.

Atlas has its own assistant. A parent, a coach or a manager asks their question the way they would ask someone at the club — in French, Arabic, English or Darija — and Atlas answers them, step by step, in their own language.

Fewer calls to the office asking “how do I do this?”. More families who manage on their own.

Soon in your players’ pockets

They’ll show it to everyone

We’re not showing it here. Ask to see it during the demo.

Against the rest

The others are made for somewhere else

There is no shortage of club management software. It’s good, and it’s foreign: it assumes direct debit, a European season and reading from left to right. A Moroccan club collects by bank transfer and by cheque, spreads payments over the year, and has youth coaches who work in Arabic. The gap isn’t a question of features — it’s a question of country.

On this point Atlas International platforms

Language French, English, Arabic — the whole interface switches Multilingual; some offer Arabic French, sometimes English
Collecting payments The way Moroccan clubs work: bank transfer, cheque, payments spread over the year Designed for cards and direct debit Direct debit and online payment
Currency and calendar Dirham, the Moroccan season, months written the way they are said here International currencies, European references Euro
What you get to see A whole club already filled in, all six roles walked through in front of you, nothing to install Demo by appointment, often after a form Free version capped by number of players
Privacy of payments Invisible to the coach and the player. The app refuses it on its own: it isn’t a setting anyone can forget Depends on the permissions you set up Depends on the permissions you set up
Tournaments Run from start to finish, and followed live by the visiting clubs Competitions, depending on the plan Rarely covered
Installation Nothing to download: you open an address and keep it on your phone’s home screen iOS and Android apps Web, with an app depending on the vendor
Maturity Young. One contact person, easy to reach, and what you ask for is in the works the following week Years in business, large support teams, links with the federations Established, full association accounting

Comparison based on each vendor’s public information as of August 2026. Offers change: check with them — we encourage you to. This table doesn’t say Atlas does everything better — it says where we have chosen to compete.

What we don’t have yet.
No link with the federations’ systems yet, no twenty-person support desk, no ten years of references. If that is what matters most to you today, go with an established platform — we will tell you so to your face rather than sell you the opposite.

What we don’t do

Three rules nothing will bend

To each their own
What a family pays is none of the coach’s business, nor the child’s. It isn’t a setting someone might forget to tick: the app refuses it to them, full stop.
Under lock and key
The ID card copies you upload are kept under lock and key. Anyone who got hold of our files would find nothing in them they could read.
No advertising
No banners, nothing sold on to anyone, no third party in your members’ details. The club pays, the club decides.

They put their trust in us

Clubs that develop players, here

Moroccan clubs that develop young players all year round, and whose entire season runs through Atlas. The first is also the most demanding.

Next step

The best way is to see it running

Half an hour, with your club in front of you: we open the schedule, a match sheet, the fees and a tournament, and you judge for yourself.
